Do I need a website developer?
No. You answer a few questions on WhatsApp, send photos and details the way you already send them to buyers, and the site goes live at yourname.brokersite.in.
How long does it take to set up?
About a minute for your website, and about a minute for each property after that. Most of the time is choosing which photos to send.
Which cities does BrokerSite work in?
Brokers and agencies anywhere in India can use it. Listings can be in any locality you work in.
Your website and leads
Will my properties show up on Google?
Yes. Every property gets its own page with a proper title, description and location, which is what Google needs to list it. New sites take a few weeks to start ranking, so share your links on WhatsApp in the meantime.
Are my leads shared with other brokers?
No. Enquiries from your website come only to you. There are no other brokers’ listings or ads on your site.
I already list on property portals. Do I need to stop?
No. Keep using portals for reach if they bring you buyers. BrokerSite is your own space next to them: one link with only your listings, your reviews and your number.
Which languages can the AI write in?
English, Hindi and Gujarati. Type the way you talk to buyers, and the listing and replies come back in the language you pick.

Is there a fee while you launch?
No card and no trial timer. The website, unlimited properties, lead tracking, QR codes and AI writing stay free while BrokerSite launches.
What will be paid later?
Extras for bigger offices, like your own domain name (yourfirm.in) and accounts for team members. The core of BrokerSite will stay free.
